Important Notes

• • Vehicle Allocation: AC coach (25*2-seater) will be provided for the entire journey. Vehicle will operate as per the itinerary only (point-to-point basis).
• • Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00–14:00 hrs and check-out is 10:00–11:00 hrs. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.
• • Special Rituals / Poojas: Pind Daan in Gaya, Ganga Aarti in Varanasi, and other poojas are optional and payable directly.
• • Boat Ride in Varanasi: Ganga boat ride (sunrise/sunset) is subject to weather and water conditions and is not included.
• • Crowd & Waiting Time: All destinations are major pilgrimage sites; expect heavy crowd and waiting time, especially in Varanasi & Ayodhya.
• • Meals: Meals will be served as per the itinerary. Any additional meals or personal expenses are not included.
• • Travel Time & Road Conditions: Long travel hours are involved (especially Gaya and Ayodhya sectors). Delays due to traffic or local restrictions may occur.
• • Luggage Policy: Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase + 1 handbag. Excess luggage may not be accommodated in the coach.
• • Alcohol & Smoking: Strictly prohibited during the tour and near religious places.
• • Dress Code: Modest and traditional attire is recommended for temple visits.
• • ID Proof: Carry valid government ID (Aadhar / Passport / Voter ID) for hotel check-ins and temple entries where required.
• • Liability: The company is not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, VIP movements, or unforeseen circumstances.
• • Health Advisory: Senior citizens should carry required medications. Walking is involved in temple areas and ghats.
• • Senior citizens may require extra assistance, and arrangements can be made locally (on direct payment basis).
• • Several destinations in this itinerary, especially Varanasi (old city & Kashi Vishwanath Temple area), Ayodhya, and Gaya, have very narrow lanes where large vehicles cannot enter.
• • The AC coach will drop guests at designated parking points, and further travel will be done by walking or using local transport (auto-rickshaw/e-rickshaw) at an additional cost.
• • Passengers should be prepared for walking distances ranging from 500 meters to 1.5 km in crowded areas.
• • Due to heavy crowd movement, especially during peak hours, movement may be slow and time-consuming.
• • It is recommended to wear comfortable footwear and carry minimal belongings while visiting temple areas.
